Within 30 days, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your portraits, we will:

 

1. Reprint your photographs. (If there are any problems with your prints, we will gladly make adjustments and reprint them.)
 

2. Retake your photographs. (This must be requested at time of viewing and cannot be done once a purchase has been made.)

Please be aware that while we assist our clients during the portrait consultation, we leave the final purchase decision up to them and ask that selections be made carefully, as all sales are final due to the custom nature of our services.
